Client Property

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, upon full payment for services, clients retain ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for them. We retain the right to use project work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements
• All fees are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise stated
• Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as specified in project agreements

Project Timelines and Delays

Project timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to factors including but not limited to client delays in providing materials, scope changes, or unforeseen technical challenges. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of any significant delays.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Service Warranty

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Any warranty claims must be made within 30 days of project completion.

Disclaimer

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUE NET REFLECTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blue Net Reflections and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Termination
